Debo Balogun

My love of acting comes from a deep seeded love of story telling. Since childhood I've been obsessed with the spellbinding quality of words and imagery. That love carried me all the way to my senior year of high school where I found theatre - and with that a much more visceral method of story telling that I immediately latched on to. Since then I've graduated with a BA in Psychology and Theatre Arts from Augustana College, studied Shakespeare at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and produced my own content as a poet, writer, director, and producer. Currently, I am based in my hometown of Chicago, IL and am relishing every moment of growth in the city I love doing what I love. I am proudly represented by Gray Talent Group.
